Our 7-Step Process
Step 1: Resources
We regularly share helpful resources such as ebooks, webinars and emails.
Likely that is how you found us, but if you haven’t already please visit our Resources page to take advantage of something you can use in your company starting today.
Our material is easy to use, easy to read and simple to start with. No crazy “internet jargon” here.
Step 2: Book an Initial Call
The resources we provide help you see the bigger picture. But you may also notice something you need help with.
At this point, we’d encourage you to schedule a brief call with us so we can learn more and to see if you would be a good fit for what we have to offer.
Step 3: Our Customized Recommendation
Once we’ve had some time to talk with you and create a custom-fit solution, we will share our best recommendation with you to move forward.
Step 4: Onboarding
At this stage, we will meet with you so that you know what to expect next.
We will also provide you with onboarding documents so you know what we need to work with.
Finally, you will be invited into a client-side platform where you will be able to check in with us directly and track our progress on your solution.
Step 5: Progress Reports
At regular intervals we will update you on our progress, so you can see how things are moving along and what is remaining to be finished.
Step 6: Delivery
Once everything is 100% complete, we will meet with you one last time to walk you through everything being delivered.
Generally this is a non-technical meeting, so that you can look over everything and ask any questions or request a revision, but if there is a technical step or two we will guide you through the simple process.
Step 7: Followup Reports
On a regular, ongoing basis (usually monthly) we will check in with you to share any relevant statistics (such as reviews, post insights and engagements) and answer any questions you may have.
This is a quick 15-minute call designed to give you the information you need from us without interrupting your business day-to-day.
